Pump Packings
Pump packings type Flexitallic 305 is manufactured. The typical uses of Pump packings include Pump packings and valve stem seals. Temp is 200/460†† (-328/860) °C (°F). The maximum pressure is 18 (2610) MPa(psi). Pump packings have maximum shaft speed of 20 (3940) m/s (fpm). pH limits of Pump packings are 0-14†. Typical applications of Pump packings are, Pump packings in petrochemical, Pump packings in chemical and Pump Packings in power generation industries.
Valve Stem Seals
Valve Stem Seals type Flexitallic Enviroflex 500 is manufactured. Valve Stem Seals temp is 550†† (1022) °C (°F). Valve Stem Seals maximum pressure is 86 (12470) MPa(psi). pH limits of Valve Stem Seals are 0-14†. Valve Stem Seals are applied in high integrity valve stem sealing to reduce fugitive emissions in the petrochemical and chemical industry. High purity graphite tapeis formed into sealing elements of unique geometry with dissimilar densities in Valve Stem Seals. The specially designed header rings of Valve Stem Seals are braided from graphite filament yarn.
Thermiculite gaskets
Thermiculite gaskets 800 hundred series and 700 series are available. Flexitallic has been at the forefront of fluid sealing innovation with Thermiculite gaskets. They set new standards for sealing technology with the introduction of Thermiculite gaskets Critical Service Series gasket material. Thermiculite gaskets 800 hundred series maintained integrity through a wide range of extreme temperatures. Thermiculite gaskets 700 hundred series maintains the broad chemical resistance and freedom from oxidation.
Metallic gaskets
Metallic gaskets ring type joint was initially developed for use in the petroleum industry. Metallic gaskets are mainly used in the oil field on drilling and completion equipment. Metallic gaskets ring type joints are commonly used on valves and pipework assemblies. Metallic gaskets are also used in some high integrity pressure vessel joints. The types include Metallic gaskets style R; style RX and Metallic gaskets style BX.
Non-Metallic gaskets.
Non-Metallic gaskets compressed fiber sealing material is available. Non-Metallic gaskets SF and AF products are fiber reinforced, polymer bound, calendered sheet materials. These Non-Metallic gaskets are made using traditional manufacturing techniques. A wide range of organic and inorganic fibers are used in conjunction with a polymer matrix in the Non-Metallic gaskets. This provides the Non-Metallic gaskets appropriate degree of chemical compatibility and sealing performance.
